Recruitment is the lifeblood of ZBT.  It has been proven that those chapters who have dedicated and well-trained alumni working with them on recruitment yield better results than those who do not.

Many years ago ZBT created the recruitment mentor program designed to pair those chapters under-performing in the area of recruitment with an alumnus volunteer who is trained to assist them in surpassing their recruitment projects.
